I am an old toy, I was new
You used to play with me and keep me company
Now I rarely see you
I saw you everyday and we would have fun
Now I see you smile with new toys
You are leaving me behind
Am I broken? Maybe there are scars I cannot see?
Is that why you threw me away, into a place you never go
I am not perfect, I have scars inside and out
Is that why you don't want me?
Was I not a good friend?
I tried to be there for you when you cried
Maybe I was just not good enough
Maybe, now I am too old, you just can't play with me anymore
It would be wrong, correct?
No one wants to play with old things
So, I will just sit here
In my corner, until you want me again
